i am sitting here talking to my cousin and a very good point was brought up. if a military base is closed it affects the whole community around it. what i do not understand is why american bases are closed before foreign ones. i am sure there is alot of money we give others that can be spent here at home. why can these foreigners not care for themselves. most do not want us there. gas in iraq is 5 cents a gallon until it gets here but who is giving their children to free them. who cares. apparently no one. as long as the money keeps coming. i am thankful God showed me the meaning of money. there is none. life is not in money. it is in our beliefs. at least for the ones who do have beliefs. i choose peace. blessings. kate
