my day

i had a really good day today. my sister called and asked if i wanted to go for a ride this morning and summer is almost over. it was hard to refuse. i don't mind riding in the cold but 80 is sweet. we went to lunch and met a friend on the road. thats always fun. then i came home and stopped by my neighbors. and looked in on his progress of his porch. i have been going over taking over the supervisors spot. they don't seem to mind and it is good therapy for me. i like doing construction. you can get out alot of stress in a house. i have been working on my home doing cosmetic work and needed a break. then i came home. spent some time with another friend and talked about my web page. then i went to the attic to finish some work. i was getting piles of materials and trim ready to carry down the steps so i can get the floors ready to paint. i looked out the window while i was listening to some good music and i saw the eyes of a dragon looking at me through the clouds. the sun was right behind the eyes in the clouds. the eyes and mouth were clear sky. it looked wild. i saw the dragon in the clouds and then as i stared in disbelief wishing i had a camera the edge of the cloud turned into a wing and i saw the image of a man in the clouds in front of the wing. i have seen angels before but only in my dreams. i am awake. it was so awesome i wanted to share it with everyone.
